I cannot say enough good things about everyone we have worked with at Apex. They have all gone way above and beyond to take care of our super anxious dog who requires specialized care for an apparently not common issue. Everyone was welcoming and kind.  I spent a few hours in the waiting room during my pet's procedures, and I saw how truly interested and caring everyone in the office is.  I've had dozens of pets over 60 years:  dogs, cats, horses.  I know excellent vet care when I see it (for animal and pet owner).  This is definitely it!

Dr. Song and his team took exceptional care of our dog, Winston, during his recent dental procedure. From start to finish, the experience was transparent, professional, and compassionate. They kept us informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful day much easier.

Apex has been the most diligent, kind, understanding and communicative vet practice I’ve ever been to. My old senior dog Scooby is precious to me, and from the very beginning, Apex showed me that they care just as much as I do. Everything you want from your Vet/dentist, they did for me. I don't often write reviews, even when service has been great. But my experience with the Apex dental team was so outstanding, I am compelled to take the time to shower my praise on them. They performed complex dental surgery on my 12-year old maltipoo, Grace. She is my soul dog, so of course I was nervous. They went above and beyond to work with me for scheduling since it was a 5 hr drive each way. The day of, they had an. emergency surgery on another animal which bumped Grace's surgery time to later in the day. She has separation anxiety and  I was concerned about her stress levels. Within 30 minutes of leaving their office, I received a text reassuring me that she was being appropriately cuddled and seemed to be somewhat relaxed. They continued to text and call throughout the day with updates. I picked her up after hours due to their earlier emergency patient, and even though they had all put in a long day, they were so patient and kind, never rushed. Dr. Poor went through all of her scans and explained the surgery and results step by step. Annie explained after care in detail. The receptionist was wonderful at check out. Every single person was so patient and kind. I truly feel like Grace received the best possible care. Thank you thank you thank you for cherishing the well-being of my pet as much as I do. Apex has been nothing but amazing for me and my dog. I was referred to the dental specialists by our general vet and I’m so glad! Everyone who works here is great! We saw Dr. Poor and she’s a very knowledgeable vet. I will be recommending this practice to anyone who needs a specialist.
