Payment Information

The entire payment for your pet’s care is required the day of service. For your convenience, we take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. Payment plans can be arranged ahead of time with the use of Care Credit or ScratchPay . By using Care Credit, payments can be scheduled as no interest for 6 months or in a longer term low interest agreement. ScratchPay arrangeds its own payment plans.¬†Applications for Care Credit and ScratchPay can be filled out online.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

If you find it necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24-hours in advance by calling 303-810-6029. By contacting us to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we can let other patients have that appointment time. We keep a cancellation list for clients/patients to get in sooner as appointments become available. If you do not show for an appointment and have not called to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may be responsible for a cancellation fee.
